Klingspor CS322X 100% Cork Polishing Belt – One of the handiest belts to have! It gives a great finish and lasts for an extremely long time (Usually you will only ever buy a cork belt once!). It leaves a smooth polished finish. They do look like a P36 belt before breaking in, but the time spent breaking it in pays off!

Breaking in Guide:-

• Soak the belt in water
• Use a flat scrap piece of steel on the tool rest and you are aiming to flatten the cork particles – It can take around 10 minutes to flatten
• Once flattened (It can still have some low spots, don’t worry about this) load with buffing compound and continue to work.
• The belt will now be ready to go and polish!
