• The stacked leather is anchored to the brushing, resulting in less glue and a lighter wheel that runs smoothly with very little vibration and better contact with the stropping surface. This also allows you to easily dress the wheel
• The Stropping/Honing surface is also a bit more flexible and responsive, allowing you to feel the range of pressure better
• The unglued space between the layers of leather allow for airflow and result in a much cooler running wheel, meaning you can make more passes in less time without overheating the blade
• Super Strop leather wheels come equipped with a precision injection moulded bushing to allow installation on the three common arbors: ½”, 5/8” and ¾”
